Plans & Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, with renewals on the same calendar day.
Trials & Free Tier
If a trial or free tier is offered, limits and duration are shown at signup. Trials may change or end at any time.
Renewals & Cancellations
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your dashboard.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period unless covered below.
- Access continues until the end of the paid term.
Refunds
Refunds are discretionary and may be granted for:
- Duplicate charge or accidental multi-purchase.
- Non-delivery or sustained platform outage (>24 hours) within the current paid term, not caused by your device, carrier, or configuration.
- First-time annual plan within 7 days of purchase with minimal usage (case-by-case; prorated or full).
Generally not refundable: change of mind after significant use, hardware/SIM/carrier failures, AUP/Terms violations, or renewals not canceled on time.
Local law rights will be honored.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@taratxt.com (or reply to your receipt) with:
- Account email and invoice number, date, plan, and reason.
- For outages: timestamps, errors, and steps taken to troubleshoot.
We usually reply within 1–2 business days. If approved, refunds go to the original payment method (bank times vary 3–10 business days).
Mid-Cycle Changes
- Upgrades: take effect immediately; prorated where supported by the processor.
- Downgrades: take effect at next renewal; feature limits apply at that time.
Taxes & Currency
Prices may exclude taxes or VAT; applicable taxes are added at checkout based on billing info. Charges are processed in the displayed currency.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension. We provide evidence to the processor as needed.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy for product, legal, or processor changes. The latest version governs new purchases and renewals.
