Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptable Use Policy
By using Taratxt, you agree not to use the platform for transmitting illegal, highly restricted, defamatory, or abusive content over your connected device pathways.
We reserve the right to suspend API or Webhook access to any account found violating rate limits, intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities, or engaging in abusive automated behavior.
2. Device Connection Compliance
Taratxt operates as a personal device and phone automation middleware platform. It is designed to allow developers to orchestrate local phone actions and notifications through their own individually registered devices and connections via our integration software.
Under applicable local telecommunications rules, any connectivity subscription used by your devices must be fully registered in compliance with local regulations. By connecting a device to Taratxt, you represent and warrant that:
- The device connection is registered in your own name or in the name of your business entity.
- You will not use Taratxt to trigger bulk, mass, or unsolicited notifications to recipients who have not explicitly opted in to receive communications from you.
- You will not use Taratxt to impersonate, spoof, or misrepresent the identity of the sender.
- You understand that triggering automated messages at scale without authorization may constitute carrier abuse or a violation of local telecommunications regulations.
Taratxt is intended for low-volume, system-triggered notification synchronization only - such as OTPs, device status alerts, and IoT event notifications for systems you own or develop.
3. Anti-Spam & Cybercrime Compliance
You agree not to use Taratxt in any manner that violates the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175), including but not limited to unauthorized interception of communications, identity theft, phishing, or unsolicited electronic communications (spam).
Any account found sending spam, fraudulent messages, or participating in SMS phishing campaigns (smishing) will be immediately terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Service Level Agreement
Our service levels and uptime guarantees apply solely to Production tier users as outlined in our comprehensive SLA.
Free and Developer tier accounts are provided "as-is" without guaranteed response times or 99.9% uptime commitments.
5. Device Connections and AI Usage
Users are fully responsible for any device connected to the WebSocket gateway through their Taratxt account. You agree to secure your credentials and tokens.
You agree to not abuse the native Taratxt Model Context Protocol (MCP) server tools or reverse-engineer its capabilities maliciously. Providing unrestricted MCP credentials to unsandboxed environments is strictly at your own risk.
6. Account Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Taratxt reserves the right to terminate accounts that:
- Remain inactive over a period of 12 months on the free plan.
- Are found to be triggering unsolicited or bulk notifications in violation of RA 11934 or this Terms of Service.
- Engage in any fraudulent or abusive use of the platform or its APIs.
